Germany became the latest country to the border as close as European countries try to stem the spread of the coronavirus.

Central banks around the world, including the US Federal Reserve and people in the UK, Japan, Canada, and Switzerland have an interest rate cut and other measures are being taken to try to curb the economic turmoil, but stock markets in Asia and Europe still falling.
EU Internal Market Commissioner Thierry Breton said the recession is now expected, with negative growth of 2-2.5%.
